Forms are a useful way to gather valuable information about your customers, including lead generation, sign up for events and marketing. Some important things to note about forms:
- If desired, form field can be made 'required'
- Forms fields can be set up in different ways, for example: text, email, checkbox, radio, and more
- Form data can be sent to one or multiple recipients, or can be collected in your built-in customer database
- Newsletter signs up are automatically sent to your built-in customer database
- A request for user consent can be added to all your forms to comply with the EU GDPR regulations
A maximum of 5 fields is recommended to in a form to ensure that a visitor fills out the form.
